1. Create a static pages at [Posting --> Edit Pages --> New Page]
2. Upload your images normally at this page
3. Then after your images have been finished in upload, right-click your mouse. Choose "Copy link address"

I prefer to go directly to Web Picasa. All images of the blogger.com actually go into Picasa. Just sign in withyour Google Account and upload an image.
Blogger itself hosts unlimited pics.. what the hell am i subscribed to..
