Using themes for your blog

You've just made your your  blog, cool! But there's more things to do other than that and one of the most important aspects a blog has is it's design. If you want your blog to be memorable and has the right branding then you should make sure to have the right design for it to be unique and appropriate. 

If you're a  web designer or knows a thing or two about coding in HTML and CSS then it will surely be easy for you to create a cool looking design for your blog. But in case you don't have a clue of how to code and make the right design for your blog then it's time for you to look for a blog theme.

What is a blog theme?

A blog theme is a package of color schemes, icons and layouts for your blog, It's your blog design under a ready made package. A blog theme should signifies what your blog's niche is and what does it convey to it's readers.

Why you should use blog themes?

Simple! You want to have a great looking blog with minimal technical knowledge required. You can always make a theme for your blog if you know how but if you don't know how then blog themes and templates are your friends.

-Ease of use - Using a blog theme makes it easier for you and your readers to access and interact on your blog. although this may vary depending on what themes you would use on your blog, but most of the time, themes are built with dedicated web designers and you just have to find the correct one.

-More profitable - If you opt to hire a dedicated web designer for your blog then it's OK but themes are made by web designers too! with a mindset to make it sell and make it easy to use for the user without any knowledge of coding. You will have the same (sometimes more great looking) theme for a more cheaper price! 

Hiring a webdesigner cost a lot and may cause you some headaches and problems if you won't like what the web designer designed for your blog but in themes (which was also created by web designers), you can choose what suits you best and what you think the design that fits for your blog.
